Registration for Congress 2008
In order to register online, please follow the instructions below.
You must have an e-mail address to register online as you will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail.
Please choose your workshop prior to registering. We recommend that you fill out the form provided in the Registration Guidebook prior to registering. The registration guidebook is available online as a PDF download. You may also look under Session A and Session B on this website to select your top three choices for each workshop.

- Top three workshop choices for both sessions- (Workshop Number and Last Name of presenters)
