Anagloria Quintanar is enrolled at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota and double majoring in Theology and Peace & Justice Studies with a minor in Political Science. She is interning with the Office for Youth and Young Adult Ministry. Her home parish is St. Anthony of Egypt Mission in Farmersville and she will return to Minnesota this fall. In her own words" I am the last of four children. I come from migrant parents; my father is a foreman, working in the fields daily; whereas my mother is a stay-at-home mom. Listening to my parents stories on how much they suffered when first arriving in the United States thirty-six years ago, has made an impact in my life. These stories showed me how I should always better myself and chase my dreams just like my parents have when they first arrived here, in the land of opportunities. I thank God everyday for all of the small and big accomplishments that I’ve had in these past years. I believe that with God anything is truly possible even with a tiny bit of faith.
