Blue Mass

Bishop Brennan is inviting ALL FIRST RESPONDERS!

Bishop Brennan will celebrate a Mass, known as the “Blue Mass”, for all first responders and the faithful on September 27, 2024. 

The Blue Mass will be at St. John’s Cathedral in downtown Fresno and will begin at 12:15 pm. Those attending are encouraged to wear their uniform but can come in civilian attire if they choose. 

The Diocesan Blue Mass is a Catholic tradition here in the United States that gives the Church an opportunity to recognize and celebrate all First Responders and their service to the community.

A lunch reception will follow after the Mass!
