Jr. High Camp: Hope in the Lord

This year’s Jr. High camp will take place June 23rd-27th, 2025.

STYCC invites all Jr High youth to experience a high energy, eat 'til you're full, fun 'til you drop Jr High summer camp. This camp is for all Jr High youth who love the outdoors and want to enrich their Catholic faith.

This camp involves, skits, dynamic programming, swimming, hiking, liturgy, basketball, creative arts and more! Please refer to the handbook found below to see what you should/should not bring, general rules, and more.

Our theme for this year is Hope in the Lord! We will be exploring biblical stories that exhibit hope and push us to keep moving forward in our faith journeys. Isaiah 40:31 says "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength." We will have conversations about the things in our life that may be challenging but that we can overcome as long as we have hope in the Lord, determination to put in the work, and trust that things will always work out no matter what! Join us for a week full of fun and excitement while we make lasting memories and new friendships!

We will also be taking an off-site trip to Riata Ranch International, home of the famous Cowboy Girls. Riata Ranch is about 3 miles away from STYCC and campers will attend with leaders who have been Safe Environment trained and certified. The permission forms will have a section where you can give or rescind permission for your camper to join us.
